Take it from a person who has germphobia...Posted Aug 18, 2015 on Hotels
Very clean! This is coming from someone who has OCD (at least I have been told) customer service was top notch. We went swimming and the area was also nice and clean. Highly recommended!

AwesomePosted Jul 27, 2015 on Hotels
awesome, came in at 130 with two small children and room was completely ready and turned down for us. Also very accommodating for us since we awoke after breakfast hours and ensured we had something to eat before checking out

Very nice, right off the highway.Posted Jul 18, 2015
Cons: Maybe add a jacuzzi! 😊
Front desk staff was very helpful. I had a sick child they they helped find me a drug store and clinic for her. I also have an allergy to gluten and they were happy to show me the labels so I wouldn't ingest anything that would make me sick. Wish all out held were this good.

Handicap accessible room not a guaranteePosted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: The hotel was fine, it just didn't meet our individual needs that we specifically asked for and were told that it was "no problem."
Cons: Truth in booking details.
Location: Great stopping point between Chicago and the mid Atlantic states.
Both Expedia and the front desk of the hotel assured us that we could get a handicap accessible room. When we checked in, there was no such room available. As a result, my husband could not shower nor use any of the bathroom facilities in our room. Instead he had to use the restroom in the hotel lobby. Not very convenient, nor was it what we had agreed to pay for.

Horrible room, no food at breakfast, overpriced!Posted Jul 9, 2015
Cons: There is room everywhere for improvement.
I usually find Holiday Inn Express an acceptable place to stay, however this hotel is awful. The staff is ignorant and not knowledgable about anything. The most of the outlets in the room didn't work, so you had no use of the alarm clocks or lights. Then at breakfast, they had no hot food out. It was filled once and not again. Also it was extremely overpriced for the exit. Other hotels of the same rating were half the cost. The ac didn't work in the room either so expect and 80+ degree room that is humid and uncomfortable.

Pros: Close proximity to food and highway
Clean and quiet hotel room right off the highway. Close to a number of local restaurants. Guests enjoyed the pool and daily breakfast.
