Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Desk clerk was attentive and helped us find the best room. Effort was evident at breakfast. Food was hot and there was a nice selection. The shopping area close by (short drive) has an amazing TJ Maxx.

The staff was above and beyond. There was a small spot of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. As well as the last occupants receipt and bracelet on the floor when we arived. The pool could use a good scrub around the edge. But overall a very peaceful relaxing stay. And i cannot stress enough how good the staff is

The room was very nice, everything was clean including the tub. The exterior of the property and elevator could use some attention, during our stay there was dry cat food all over the floor in the elevator.

I thought room was very clean. The staff was very nice. The lady at the continental breakfast was so nice to myself and my little girl. The pool was clean, but felt it had too many chemicals.

The front desk little boy that’s working on today Monday Nov 20 2023 between the hours of 1:55p’-2:05pm he is rude. Unprofessional and very nasty. Instead of trying to help the caller he is saying “ what don’t you understand “ “ the manager is at home today”. I asked him if he will take my name and number and have a manager call me back tomorrow when they get in and he told me no he will not do that because I can just call back tomorrow. I told him to write some urgent information down.

We'll staff was nice but none responsive 2nd floor smelled strongly of weed from the moment we got off the elevator Told the guy at front desk at 8:30pm nothing was done Told him again at 11pm again nothing couldn't sleep because of the smell my 12 year old daughter had such a headache from it she was sick They need to get better control of the problems there Staff was friendly just had no idea how to handle problems Will never stay here again

Great place!
Had a great stay here. The Hotel is quiet and comfortable. We arrived early on the Amtrak and the hotel staff let us check in early due to an available room. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel has a shuttle service to the Amtrak too, though we didn’t know it before we got there. A couple negative notes. The carpet could use a little upgrade and the hot water took over 5 minutes to get to the faucet. Other than that this is a nice place.

I like they've updated the property. The rooms and property seems up to date compared to a year or two ago. I'd recommend staying here.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean but there were a few pubic hairs in the bathtub. The key card for the side entrance door into the building did not work. The morning cleaning maid entered our room while we were still in it; she said that she was told we had checked out. Just mentioning these few things as areas of improvement. Overall, would probably stay there again because the rate was good, the room was generally clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately they had Fox News on in the breakfast area. Not everyone wants to watch Fox but most would watch ABC or NBC Morning show. I couldn’t even stand to sit and eat my breakfast.

The lady who prepares breakfast with the curly hair was very attentive, gracious and kind, all of the staff gave exceptional service. Rooms were clean, walls and floors are thin and you can hears doors closing but it didn't bother us. Overall great stay and will stay again.
