Pros: The convenience to the turnpike
Cons: Finishing the renovation of the rooms
Convenient location. It was frustrating that the hotel did not have its parking lot plowed or salted despite the fact that it was well known that a snowstorm was approaching the area.. The bathroom appeared to be fairly newly renivated but the rest of the room appeared to be half done. it appeared that the carpet was laid done but not finished around the edges. The room also lacked furniture such as a lounge chair - there was a floor lamp but no lounge chair.

Not acceptable

Location: Nothing- just a halfway point for us
Hotel was booked as Baymont, was a super 8, room not clean, staff showed us other rooms, they weren't clean either. Demanded a refund, staff refused until an hour worth of arguing. Promised refund was being tended to and allowed us to cancel, called next day and said we had to do the legwork of making refund happen. Currently disputing the charges

Cheap-lesson learned

Beds not good not enough towels and was cloths. Bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. The so called Continental breakfast was awful cereal but no milk. Not much there at all.

Horrible. First the Day clerk billed my credit card $600 for a 2 night $150 stay. He said the $350 would be credited back to me if there was no room damage or anything stolen. When I complained the clerk said "ALL" hotels do that...and if i didnt like it we could go elsewhere! I must give credit to the night clerk...he said that was wrong and took care of the problem. HOWEVER...had a none smoking room and the room smelled of smoke. Since there were no other rooms available that weekend used fabreeze on the curtains and carpet (Twice). So if you stay here bring some fabreeze with you!
