Gutes Hotel, zentral gelegen aber ruhig

Das Hotel liegt zentral mit vielen Restaurants in allen Preisklassen nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Nähe auch ein grosses, neues Shopping Center, auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr gross, sauber und gut ausgestsattet.

Directly next to Holiday Plaza.

Overall experience is good except during check out. Being told from 1 counter to another counter. After waiting for 5 minutes in front of the 2 counter staffs, told to go back to the first counter to settle the check out bill. Back to first counter, staff seems reluctant to settle the check out.

Next option besides KSL hotel

Hotel has a very warm and classic setting, management could consider working on the exterior of the building though, it looks like a rundown hotel from the outside despite having a nice interior. Staff was friendly, check-in/check-out with ease. Room was spacious and comfortable. However, cleaniness could be improved. The counter where complimentary sachets of tea and coffee were placed was dusty. Carpet has stains. Bathroom generally clean except the shower curtain makes the bath area looks dirty. Location of the hotel is great. Parkson at Holiday Plaza is within walking distance, KSL is just a 3 mins drive. Food Center at Taman Century is a great source for dinner. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at Mutiara.

Reasonably priced

Stayed during the festive season of Hari Raya. Basic room , furniture and fittings a bit dated. Requested for room slippers as carpet was also dated. All other things working well.

Bad service and even booking make last mins hotel can changing without informing us and facility also very poor like 2 star hotel service one word only bery poor hotel please don't put on hotel.com web again

Reasonable stay except the error made by payment of mastercard treated as visa payment,upon payment should let customer see the payment receipt to verified
