Convenient to football stadium, shopping, diningPosted Sep 19, 2015
Started off rocky. Front desk attendant super rude. We said we are checking in and she said "we'll see about that. We're overbooked". Not so funny after driving 7 hours. We had to change rooms in the middle of our stay and asked if we could store our bags while we went to football game. She rudely said no, we have nowhere for bags. Luckily we only saw her once the whole weekend. The next morning, another young lady offered to store our bags and have housekeeping put them in our new room without us even asking. Everyone else was super nice, friendly, and helpful.

Worst Hampton Inn we have stayed at.Posted Aug 17, 2015
Late arrival, 10:30 local time. Waited for front desk clerk to come help me. She never did until I said hello. She was very unfriendly, not welcoming at all! Had to ask about WiFi password. Room door creaked very loudly anytime we opened it. Bathroom had rust/mold around fixtures in tub area. Hair on ridge in back of tub. Air conditioner very loud when it came on. Room smelled musty and there was no ventilation in bathroom so mirror was always fogged up. Beds were ok but my son slept on fold out sofa and the blanket in closet for it was disgusting. No extra pillow for sofa bed either. Breakfast was very good, but that was only thing that was typical of our other stays at Hampton Inn. The room was terrible!

Not as nice as most Hampton Inns we visit.Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Good location.
Cons: TV would not work. Maintenance fixed it but it appears that the hotel knew of the hotel-wide problem and just waited until guests complained to fix.
Location: Close to mall, restaurant, movie theater.
Easy check-in but several issues had to be dealt with.

Great Hotel - One rotten apple!Posted Jul 15, 2015
First off - great hotel. Centrally located, clean, comfortable. It was disappointing to deal with a rude Night Manager named Michelle. It was obvious I was inconveniencing her, first with a question about Internet ("I don't know what name you're under, I guess I'll have to look it up."). I also called for extra pillows, and since she was too busy to bring them up at the time, I said I'd come for them in 20 minutes. When I got there, she informed me they were gone. Frustrating. Derek, who checked us out was lovely though.

Great place to stay in Jonesboro, AR!Posted Jul 12, 2015 on Hotels
This was a great hotel stay! We moved across the country and stayed at the Jonesboro Hampton Inn for 4 days as we searched for a new place to live in town and the room was comfortable, the hotel very nicely appointed, good breakfast, and overall nice staff. The housekeeping staff was absolutely wonderful and everyone except a slightly cranky late-day manager were lovely and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great for a business trip.Posted Jul 5, 2015
Hotel was quiet. Great place to stay for a business trip. The only thing I wished was that the workout facility was open before 6am.

Doc Rock & RunPosted May 12, 2015 on Hotels
My wife and I stayed the night before the Doc Rock & Run 1/2 marathon. Being from out of town she needed good rest before the run and the hotel was very relaxing. The clerk at the desk graciously allowed us a late check out to get cleaned up after the run. The breakfast was very good. Neighborhood was in a business district but close to the highway. Go eat at Skinny J's!!!!
