Their Bkfast should be called a "Food Court"Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: The room safe would no work even after hotel rep tried to fix it, but this was not a big problem for us.
Location: Great handy location of 77. Restaurants close by. Many. many wineries in surrounding area, our reason for staying there.
I think the overall rating is well over 2.6 as shown on the web site. The bkfst selection is truly amazing, and prepped by two nice ladies. Sausage links and patties, bacon, sausage gravy, scrambles eggs (a little dry), both plain and strawberry waffle batter, at least 10 types of bread/bagels and pastries, box cereal, 3 juices, AND area seats for close to 40 people= "food court!" The biggest variety/quantity and area I've seen in this type "free" buffet. Rooms was good also, plus pet friendly, we're returning! (I tried several times to add two pics of bkfst area but web site kept "locking up," even with 3.5 G pic! So 3rd time I've done this review!)

Too close to highwayPosted Aug 17, 2015
When we checked in we asked if we could have a room on the non highway side due to the previous night experience at another hotel and were told no due to the fact we booked it through expedia. Spa tub was not hot enough a little on the cool side. The desk attendant seemed annoyed she had to get up and check us in.

Nice stop!Posted Jun 26, 2015 on Hotels

Good Food and Very CleanPosted Jun 25, 2015 on Hotels
we stay at this Comfort Inn every year on our way from Florida to Ohio. It is always clean and comfortable. Every afternoon they have fresh baked cookies, bags of popcorn and fruit. Their breakfast in the morning includes waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, and all the usual cereals, sweet rolls, toast juice, coffee etc. Gives you a good start for the day.

Yadkinville Grape FestivalPosted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Loved the décor in the lobby and how comfortable it was. Also liked the breakfast that was offered. The beds were very comfortable as well.
Cons: Smoking lounge area for the staff who smoke that is away from the non-smoking rooms. Cheese would be a nice addition to the breakfast.
Location: We found a fabulous restaurant called Generations which is only a couple miles away. Wineries only a few miles away from this hotel as well.
We arrived at the Comfort Inn and noticed how beautifully decorated it was for the fall! We saw a sign when we checked in regarding the stink bugs that were prominent in this area and I am so glad we read the sign otherwise we would've thought there was an issue with the rooms--we had a few but it wasn't ridiculous. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the lobby before we went to our rooms for bed. We were so glad to have a reservation because the night shift who didn't seem too happy to be there were not very friendly to the people who didn't have reservations coming in off the street. The breakfast was WONDERFUL but the only thing missing was some cheese for the eggs and grits. We did notice the cleaning crew sitting and smoking on the lounges right beside our rooms which made our rooms smell smoky--they might need a separate lounge area that is not so close to the non-smoking rooms. All in all we had a great experience and we will definitely stay at the Comfort Inn in Jonesville, NC for the future Grape Festivals

one night stayPosted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: The convenience to the highway
Cons: More soundproofing in the rooms adjacent to the highway.
Location: This is not a sightseeing visit/ \merely a one night stay on a long road journey from \Florida to \Ontario..
This is our annual visit on our way home from Florida. To date our experience has been positive. The staff are pleasant and accommodating and try to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
