One thing we love is it is always clean! The people are always nice and helpful. Now there is no pool in or out as advertised and often there is stuff that does not work. For example this time our room had half the electrical sockets non working. For the money though it's forgivable

The condition of the property was very poor - floor tiles were peeling off the floor, desk chair was was very very worn, bathroom ceiling paint/drywall peeling off, issues with toilet, key cards had to be re-programmed everyday as they didn't work. Staff provided different "reasons" as to why this happened. It's inconvenient to walk around to the front of the building with hands full and it's raining.

When I checked in I had my service dog in training with me. The lady gave her a treat. Room was very clean and had a lot of space. For us two and our dog. Very pet friendly

The first room we were out in reeked of a wet dog. We then went to a different room and it wasn't much better. The Elevator sounds like it gonna fall apart any minute and the parking lot was not very clean either.

The bathroom sink was hopelessly plugged. The water rose nearly to the top of the sink when brushing teeth. It was pretty nasty. The bed was comfortable. Other tenants woke me up a couple times. Was mostly quiet otherwise.

We didn’t end up staying at this location due to the indoor pool and hot tub being permanently shut down by the city! I cancelled reservation and found a different hotel that met our needs and wants! When I called to cancel reservation the staff I spoke to was very nice and understanding about the situation and cancelled my reservation with no fees or penalties!

Old vehicles on jacks in the parking lot. Trash piled on the sidewalk. Neighboring room smoking marijuana outside of my room all night and the smoke was blowing in my room around the gaps in the door. They were hacking and coughing all night standing at my door.

Less than impressive
There was a homeless girl in the lobby at check-in, which made my kids uncomfortable, we didn’t have bedding or pillows for the pull-out couch, only one set of towels, and the room smelled musty. The hallway smelled of pot as we walked to our room, the hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing and there wasn’t a hair dryer.

It was very low keep. The stink was bad. The shower was gross. The bed was so hard i slept on the floor. The noise was crazy loud. Swimming pool and spa gross. Sorry just being honest.

We checked in promptly at 3:00 pm after driving all day and looking forward to a hot shower and short nap before a nice meal. we were promptly told that our room was not ready yet. we sat in the lobby and waited. soon another patron came in and was told that his room was also not ready. after more than an hour we finally got to our room. decided to go to the hot tub for a while. what a surprise to find that you had to parade through the lobby and outside the building (in freezing weather no less) to access the " indoor pool area" then reverse the trip while soaking wet! What a JOKE, would have been nice to known that while booking! The facilities are very run down and in need if repair, there were cigarette burn marks all over the top of the acrylic bathtub and a big what appeared to be a cigarette burn hole in one of the bed spread. No coffee, cream, sugar, cups in room, That being said, the staff were very friendly and responsive trying to do the best that they could, obviously embarrassed by the lack of owner/manager support! to run the place correctly. What a shame that some one could own such a nice facility and building and allow it to become so run down!!!

Easy on and off main highway. The room was a little too small to handle four adults. The was commode in bathroom was so low thought I was going to fall on floor no handle to help to get up especially for seniors and one had knee surgery. Went down for breakfast and no bread for toast or a bagel offered young lady said they ran out.

The lady that checked us in was nice. Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits. However, it was kinda dirty. Therewas hair behind the bathroom door. We found a baby cockroach in the bathroom the last morning. The place needs a LOT of tlc.

I didn’t like that we had to move rooms because of the noise of upstairs tenants all night. The rooms weren’t the cleanest. No lightbulbs in the lamps. No iron. I found and killed two black beetle bugs in the first room we were in. And in the second room we were in I killed three cockroaches. Definitely NOT worth the price that we were over charged. Will not be staying there again, and never booking through Expedia again.

You get what you pay for
Biscuits were great. Beds were hard and pillows were tiny. Neighbors yelling they were going to beat each other up didn't help aide in sleeping. Them smoking tons of pot that seeped into the room was them making up for earlier yelling? Paid extra for non smoking room that was clearly smoked in many times. Tried our best not to be in there for long. Old but clean. Staff was great. SUV that parked next to us and keyed our car will help us to never forget this place.

2 of the 3 rooms the parties had to move rooms. 1 the AC didn't work. The other had holes in the walls bathroom was dirty and the dresser front had fallen off and were just layed inside the drawer.

This was not the best experience. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were small and unsupported. It was a cold night and the controls on the Heat/AC unit were broken. The only thing we could do not to freeze was to turn it off. We stayed here a year ago and it was a much better experience. We will consider other options next time.

This is obviously an older property that needs to be updated, but it served our purposes very well! All staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to another stay here in the future!
