Very nice motel

Terrific complimentary breakfast buffet! Staff was very courteous. Rates very reasonable. Convenient parking. I stayed one night travelling from Arkansas to Iowa

Was disappointed by the lack of response of hotel

Was disappointed by the lack of response of hotel staff! My room key didn't work, I had already carried all of my luggage upstairs, called the front desk and spoke to a specific person who said they would bring me another key. Waited 15 minutes and they did not come. I walked back downstairs with all of my luggage to the front office to obtain a key that would work. Also the key insert was broken on the door so it made it even more difficult.also by 230 in the morning the cigarette smoke was overwhelming in my room even though I had a non-smoking room!

Convenient Location

Friendly staff located on a busy strip with lots of dining options. The room was ok but in need of airing and a little spruce up. Overall a good value for a short stay.

Tiny room. The room was very clean, but hallways and stairs were not so much. Staff was nice. Location was convenient. Breakfast was very limited.

Rude service

Couldn't stay bc we were from Joplin front desk lady was rude. They need to tell locals they r not able to stay ahead of time will not go back.

What a mess!!!!

Room not ready when we checked in. Huge chair inside front door and the closet door could not be opened wide because it hit the chair. No room around the sink for storage. An ant crawled on the sheets. Noise level was loud. The shower was nice. Didn't eat the cont. breakfast. Had to go to a hotel for 2 mornings. Would never go back.!!!!! Wanted cheap and clean----got cheap!!!!! Never again.

A very comfortable stay. The provided breakfast was convenient & very good (coffee was terrible but McDonalds & Starbucks close by).

THE GOOD...THE BAD..AND THE UGLY!!

THE GOOD: THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS VERY NICE AND MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED. THE BAD: THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL FOR A KING ROOM. THE UGLY: THE HOUSEKEEPERS WERE SCREAMING SO LOUD THAT I HAD TO CALL THE FRONT DESK AND WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT ALL SHE SAID WAS "OKAY"...AS IF WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT.

Location: Terrific location for our purposes: lots of restaurants, Starbucks, and quite close to freeway access.
Surprisingly pleasant, clean, good bed, and quite a variety of breakfast items, at a remarkably low price.
