Upon arriving, we discovered our room had not been cleaned. We found hair on the sheets on every bed (we had two different rooms), and in one room there was moldy pizza in one of the dresser drawers. When told about issues to the front desk clerk, the initial response was that there was no housekeeping staff on until the morning. It was not until we pushed the issue and called expedia that our issue was resolved with us having to move to two clean rooms. The breakfast in the morning was also substandard and cold. The reception from the staff was cold and uninviting. Will not be using this hotel again.

Definitely can tell the property was older. No elevator, and a slightly musty smell in common areas. Pool was down for maintenance, but that was communicated before check-in. Room was very clean and comfortable, no musty smell in room. No ice machines, but decent vending prices for cold water.

Dirty sheets, bathroom door did not open. And the mirror was odd above the bed, I follow the “no space leave the place” and it failed every test of it being a two way mirror. I asked for new sheets and the sheets they gave me were also dirty.

The mirrors in all our rooms are standard mirrors. There are NO two way mirrors!!! That is illegal and unethical!!! We apologize for the issues you experienced with the linens and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Nice, clean room and property. Very comfortable bed--hard to find in most hotels. AC/Heat unit was very new and worked great. Only downsides of this room were no microwave, no coffee maker, and older/smallish TV positioned in top corner of room that made it impossible to use as monitor for my computer while sitting at the desk.. Also, drain in shower was a little slow, but water pressure was good and had plenty of hot water. Overall, nice hotel, and I would stay again if i didn't need to use TV as second monitor for my work.

I asked them to cancel the booking. My two young daughter's wanted a hotel with a pool and their pool was put of service. It would be nice if this was known when I booked instead of on arrival.

All was going well until it got too warm in my room. I tried to turn down heater, but the hot air kept blowing. At midnight I still couldn't control heat, so i called the clerk, who then came to my room. She couldn't turn off so she turned on the A/C. Still hot air. Sweated all night. Not fixable, and too much trouble to move to another room. Still a clean room. Bed was comfortable

When I entered my room, it was almost as cold as it was outside. (-15 below). They didn’t even have the heat on in the room. I asked for a non-smoking room and received a Handicap room. The toilet didn’t want to flush and I had run the water in the shower for a half an hour to barely have luck-warm water. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels and this is the worst ever. I think I should be refunded. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Not too bad for the price
It's a cheap stay so i wasn't expecting too much. Floor was moist. The water never got to a comfortable warm / hot temperature to take a shower. But everything was clean. I slept well.

Once my wife got out of the shower this morning, the mirror fogged up and the words "I SEE YOU" showed on the mirror. She was terrified and management just chuckled and dismissed it. Great ending to an anniversary celebration.

We require a 200 security deposit for anyone who lives within 70 miles of the hotel. Also we do require a 20 pet FEE per pet per night. We refunded the pet fee back to your card once your reservation was cancelled.

It was a last minute decision. I was tired from driving, and it is all I needed. Bed was comfortable. I was able to park right by the entrance. I slept well.
