"Easy walk to down town. Quiet private location, great views from deck. Digital lock was not reset to our combination but luckily a side door was left open. Primary local contact on vacation, secondary went to vm but later that evening the lock was reset. Somehow ended up on VACASA who do not answer their phone calls. Have always done well with /VRBO what who is non responsive VACASA they are not good."

"The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The view of Wallowa Lake was superb and we spent as much time as we could on the deck. Cooked every meal in an efficient kitchen. Across the street from the dock and beach. Bathrooms were clean and functional although the tub/shower in the main BR was slippery and no grab bars or mat for safety. Mattresses were tired. Overall, an excellent rental. We will be back."

"we stayed last October and loved it. Brought our family this time. Sadly the carpet has several stains as do the dining room chairs. The window sills, baseboard heaters and TV stand were very dusty. The windows we surprisingly dirty. We had to clean the BBQ before we could use it and the refrigerator froze our eggs and fresh foods. Not nearly as nice as last year. "The cabin is a comfy, rustic cabin that lends itself well to adventurers that aren't into sitting around and watching TV. (Which is good... because we never found the Roku remote). The bathroom was small but clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever been in. I felt like the cleaning fee was pretty ridiculous and a little hidden in the listing. But, overall, it's a sweet little cabin in a SUPER sweet, safe, enjoyable area with fun things to see a do."
