very convenient close to north entrance to Joshua Tree national park. Liked the breakfast included from early hours in the morning. Staff were nice and attentive. It just had a leaking in the bathroom coming from ceiling air extractor. I reported it. I hope they fix it. Also, the shower head needs to be renewed.

Great property but noisy because close to a busy road. Incredible bed, shower, high-end Dove products. Wish they had a tub. Beautiful decor. Great beside plugs so you only needed a cord. Bed was amazing. Huge, comfy pillows. Not sure about rates surrounding. We were beat. Did Del taco & fell into amazing sleep. No one was at front desk. Looked deserted. We were told staffed 24 hours. Told about breakfast. This was not proofread for errors. Doing in the dark so I do not wake my hubby.

One of two elevators broken during our two night stay. Wasted a lot of time waiting around. Hot tub not working, which was the main reason I selected this hotel. Would have preferred being told so I could have made other arrangements. Back door entry lock did not work. Poor security. Poor recycling effort. Panel that hid cords beside bed was broken and laying on the floor when we arrived.

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious. But I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and the description said that the couch pulls out for extra 2 sleeping spaces… but they do not. And the concierge guys said they no longer have those pull-out couches. I also booked a king size bed but we got a queen size. Our windows faced the street and it was really loud. I even checked the windows to make sure they were closed all the way.

We have stayed at several holiday inns around the country. They're like McDonald's you know what you're getting. All have been very good. I like that I can count on them to provide a great experience. 29 plams was no different,they lived up to that expectation in every way. Great job !!

Fridge was noisy and kept me up at night. But the staff was really nice. The complimentary breakfast had healthier options like turkey sausage, almond milk, grits, oatmeal, and fresh fruit. The water cooler was also great to have to refill water bottles for our day at Joshua Tree National Park.

Minutes from JTNP
2 night stay. King suite. Spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Check in was fast and friendly, Super convenient to Park entrance, with plenty of restaurants around. Complimentary breakfast featured plenty of hot and cold items. Pool and hot tub were closed during our visit while they waited for them to be inspected. Fitness room looked adequate though we didn't use it. Overall an excellent stay, and would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Very close to Joshua Tree, room was clean & the continental breakfast was great, they had numerous hot options & a cool pancake maker, along with cereal yogurt etc. We will be back.

I would like to comment on the Kitchen workers - they were friendly, polite, and very happy workers. In the morning - they had great attitudes! The bedroom-bathroom could have been cleaner--but wasn't bad--just a few area (tub/carpet around chair)
