I think your breakfast hours need to be extended by a half hour. Overall it was a great stay!

Door was sanded on the backside and had no door trim around it so we could see daylight all the way around the door. There was not a complete door locking latch at the top. Mold in the showers because they grouted over top of mold. Dirty old shower curtains. They are remodeling but they pai Ted all the furniture and headboard were sticky to the touchy . Just run down and half assed remodel for sure . Will never stay again. There’s not enough parking without parking around the far end of the hotel because there storage co gainers are in all the parking spots .

Cranky manager, thought I was in a movie! Told me he could handle only one customer at a time, and to stand aside. I was the only one in the office! Worst part was the units dirty floor. Socks, and bare feet turned dark grey, poor housekeeping. Nice location, and floor layout, with an above average breakfast served

This is a cheap motel masquerading as a nice hotel. The room was clean enough, which was good, but everything else was pretty awful. Construction debris everywhere, constant loud freeway noise, the area smelled like a car fire, fitness center out of order, etc. We paid $300 per night, which is four times what this place was worth.

House keeeping doesnt come everyday apparently. They also know when the do not distrub sign is up. The internet kept disconecting the entire time and when i told the front desk they said well no one else is complaining about it. And because house keeping didnt come for a few days i had to go to the front desk for towels and they refused to give me more than 2 towels even tho house keeping didnt come for 2 days straight. Also the toilet didnt flush the sink kept clogging up and the shower water wasnt going down the drain. Just overall bad experience.

My room was SO clean. I really felt safe about the germ situation. I would definitely stay there again. I didn't eat there or use any of the facilities, but they looked inviting and CLEAN! This is very important to me and my standards are rarely met in hotels.

Our room and the hallway on the second floor smelled bad. One of the entrances was flooded. And the police were called while we were there.

Very nice place to stay if attending an event at Fantasy Springs or going to the casino. It's a motel so nothing fancy but the staff is nice and there's breakfast. Rooms were clean but looked like they were doing som painting in some spots. Our door was sanded down ready for paint. Some noise from the upstairs but I slept through it. There's nothing else around except for the casino/events center. I would stay there again.

Staff was pleasant but the room was terrible. The property is being renovated, so there is construction and storage containers all over the lot. At night parking was packed, no spots due to containers blocking spots. The room was old, the door was sanded, as though it was being prepped for paint, the furniture was chipped, the pillows were the sizes of chiclets. The towels were old and thin. The closet rod and towel rods were bent and damaged. I paid premium hotel rates, over $300 a night. Travel the extra 5mins and stay at a Courtyard. Total rip off. Never staying at a Quality Inn again.

Quality is not yhe word that comes to mind....
HOW does this place rate VERY GOOD on Hotels.com? This place is horrible for the price. Broken, inoperative lamps, our door deadbolt was broken, worn out, uncomfortable chair, gigantic sand filled holes in the oarking lot. I can say the room was clean, breakfast area is nice.

Mostly good...door jam looked like it had been kicked in at some point in history and could see daylight about 9 inches up side of door on the bottom that could easily let bugs crawl in. Typical complementary breakfast stuff...no potatoes semmed a little odd
