Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The sink was dusty when we arrived but the room was lovely. The hotel staff were amazing. Really friendly and selfless. The breakfast variety wasn’t the best but we enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. So close to public transport.

Overall is good, staff are nice and helpful, breakfast is good, room is clean even though not that big but still acceptable. Bear in mind that atrium view means a room without window but a glass wall facing the corridor (if you don't close the curtain completely, outsiders may see all happening inside) and inner wall of the building. If a window is a must, you have to think twice.

The property has a unique breakfast area with a large Atrium and a clock pendulum ticking on the wall. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were tidy and functional and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was great and my wife really enjoyed the variety. The hotel is 2 min walk to the Red 2 Metro line making it so easy to get around the city.

Five night stay
Five night stay at the beginning of March was enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee in the breakfast area. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel was very hot all of the time. Fortunately we had a street-facing room and could open the windows.

This hotel is not 4 star! This 2 or max 3. Except good breakfast nothing else was good - room furniture is like in dormitory. Shower cabin with mold. Shower head leaked on all sides - like sprinkler. Management will need to perform some quality check and maintenance. During stay I parked on street in front of hotel as it is free after 8 PM or 10 PM (check sign!) till 8 AM. And it is free on Sat and Sun. You can pay from Parkl or Nemzeti app. There is McDonalds nearby.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, and very good breakfast. The location is very convenient since it's close to grocery atores and to the public transportation. The only suggestion I would have it to add curtains to the shower to the doesn't get everything wet around it.

Friendly staff. Close location to metro and supermarket. Rooms are a bit cold inside. A bit warn out shower cabin, face mirror. Good breakfast choice. Free bottle of water. Neighbourhood is a bit shady but it is in the city center

The room was ok on the 4th floor , but after 1 day the tv stopped working ,so they put us in a room on 1st floor with a bath and a window. Thanks to Sabina , who was very helpful. The breakfast was great complete with bubbly🍾

We had fantastic tome when staying in the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Even we stayed only one night but we felt as visiting family. The room was a bit small but we had everything we needed and it was very clean.

the property and the room was clean, the breakfast was good. one unique about the property was that because the property was between two buildings, i think most if not all of the rooms don't have windows. But it did not bother me because we used it mainly for sleeping.

The sudden implementation of a 3000 HUF deposit between our first and second stay (17/07 and 24/07) was an unpleasant surprise, otherwise our stay was pretty satisfactory.

The staff were friendly and very helpful when enquiring about getting across the city. The hotel was lovely and clean and breakfast was great every morning, great selection! The hotel is in a nice location right by the Metro which takes you all over the city. Would definitely return!

This is advertised as a 4 star hotel which in my opinion it definitely is not. It seems more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. The room was compact sized which isn't a problem- the problems were that (i) the tv was not visible from the beds, (ii) the hotel provided soap dispenser was first empty and then broken, (iii) the room and particularly the bathroom could have been cleaner especially for a so called 4 star hotel, (iv) the hotel tried to charge for 2 bottles of water left in our room- these are usually complimentary from my experience. We were not charged for these in the end as the receptionist made a point to say that they will be complimentary given the issues we had. The hotel also tried to give us a free bottle of wine to make up for the issues but we politely declined because we don't drink alcohol. The breakfast was good. The location is very central and walking distance to the metro station however the local area seems a bit rough and was loud during the night. The staff were polite. Overall a nice budget hotel- not a 4 star hotel at all.
