Nice hotel close to stores and public transport.Posted Oct 23, 2017
Pros: It is a small hotel - only 4 units on our floor so it is quiet. Staff is polite and helpful. Very close to metro, buses, tram cars, huge shopping mall
Cons: Offer 1 television channel in english and french (besides the news!!)
Location: It is in the Jewish district. You can walk to Racinski market, the Holocaust museum, a main street with lots of bars and restaurants.
Nice unit with kitchen, large living room, bedroom with 2 very narrow but comfortable beds and lots of hot water for baths or showers. We were given an envelop with different excursions/concerts available. The staff booked our outings in less than 5 minutes!! Hotel is very close to a modern shopping center with a huge grocery store in the lower level. It is also very close to Szimpla kert (a ruin bar in the Jewish district) that is worth visiting for its market on Sunday and its great goulash soup. The decor is unreal!! Also try a langos at Karavan: an area with numerous food trucks beside that ruin bar!

Extremely nice hotel very near the centrePosted Oct 23, 2017
Pros: The location is perfect, the cleanliness is amazing and the staff are very friendly.
Cons: A few more kitchen utensils.
Location: Very near the city centre, opposite a shopping mall and a few 100 meters away are around 10 restaurants. Liddl and the metro are very nearby as well
The room we had in our hotel was nicer than our own flat! It is very clean and gets cleaned almost every day. The staff is very friendly. In 10 minutes either by foot or by metro you are right in the centre of Budapest. Right opposite the hotel is a huge shopping mall where you can get anything you need. I would recommend if you are by car to bring a few kitchen utensils as not everything is available but it is more than enough if you are not cooking every day. One of the best hotels / apartments we stayed in. Also when we left we got a card which will give us 15% off a next stay which is a very nice gesture.

Nice place.Posted Aug 28, 2017
All was ok except that the kitchen area was poorly stocked with utensils. No can opener and too few things. The aircon was good as was the cleanliness. The staff were helpful and good at their jobs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend as it was overall.... good.
Couple vacationPosted Aug 5, 2017 on Hotels
This was our second stay at the Prater and we really enjoyed local area and staff. The apartment is within walking distance to the Mall, shops and train station. I recommend purchasing the underground parking if you have an auto. (car)

Decent place for the price. Few tweaks neededPosted Apr 19, 2017 on Hotels
Kitchen supplies old and dirty. No shower curtain so floor was wet after first guest showering and uncomfortable for the rest. TV was not connected to the cable box and nobody came to fix in 4 day we were there even though we asked on the first day (we did not really needed that, but still indicator of service). Staff weak on English and yet nice and trying to be helpful. No phone to call reception. Nice convenient location with a shopping mall in 3 min walk. Beds are OK. WI-FI was good with rare hiccups (had to reset router in the hallway)
