Spacious hotel but needs work

Cons: Lots..training..also upkeep of thr hotel...
Location: Good location in juhu
I booked a one bed room expecting a nice view. Instead I had the hotel walls as the view from the windows. No natural light in the rooms. Also I ordered room service and ended up with the wrong order as the staff English and customer level experience was poor.lastly you have to call for the internet service access code as they are not provided on arrival.good value for the money but not business friendly and no feel of the beach.

Z Luxury provided an excellent experience. The staff were all incredibly helpful, attentive and accommodating. The one bedroom apartment was beautiful and quiet. The onsite restaurant had wonderful Indian food from a variety of regions of the country. I would definitely recommend this hotel for folks visiting Juhu Beach.

Nice place for comfortable sta

Pros: Room sizes and showers are great, and staff very humble
Cons: Reception area and out side view from some room
Location: Not a great location but it's ok being in Mumbai.
We stayed as couple for 6 nights from 2nd Dec,16. Nice place to stay for short period, staff is very caring and humble. Wish they have bigger reception counter, it's always crowded with people even checking in or check out customers and reporting key card not working to requiring taxi or lift to the airport etc. The other thing we find is that if you open curtains not good view on the 1st,2nd and 3rd floor rooms. we stayed 3 nights on the 5th floor the was good view and then another 3 nights from 9th Dec, 16 on the 2nd floor we couldn't even open the curtains as the view was terrible. We find fairly good size rooms for studio accomadtion and one bed room and showers are very good. Over all we had very comfortable stay. Will stay again we visit Mumbai.

dirty and smelly hotel, did not worth the money

Breakfast and Rooftop Pool

Pros: Breakfasts and Swimming Pool
Cons: Staff attitudes, Room cleanliness, room supplies. Change the guest rooms with no view to the gym!
Location: Remote end and 5 min walk to Juhu Beach. Quiet and clean except for the Pop-Up weddings around us.
Had high expectations for this hotel. Our last 4 days in Mumbai after the Golden Triangle and flying home. Strangely a name change in the last month and no-one seemed to know where it was. Room: Horrible, on 2nd floor with canopy over dining room, so nothing to see but bare boards. Requested the room to be cleaned TWICE before we commenced our stay. Nice to have a washing machine and fridge but poorly supplied, having to request cups and glasses. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, good staff and food. Rooftop swimming pool was a winner. Would not recommend as not easy to find, and EXPENSIVE compared to other hotels with better services and rooms. Had expected much much more, given had stayed at the older hotels on Juhu beach before.

Meh, not terrible. Not worth the price though.

It was ok. Moved to a nicer place after a few days, and for cheaper. Had to request fresh linens on first day. Not clean. Shower was cold. They only gave me one towel. No iron in room, had to request it. Then had to send it back because it shocked me. Not terrible, just a general lack of attention to detail. Needs upkeep.

9 pound a night for wifi is to high in your room free only in lobby had to come down to lobby to use not good
