We had an unpleasant stay. Upon arrival there was no reservation and the gentleman at the reception that Sunday was quite unfriendly if not rude. I was directed with a waive of the hand to the rooms behind a door and no service was offered. I felt very unwelcome. Or was it because I had a backpack I received poor service? The room I was assigned had nothing to do with the description given by hotels.com. View on the city and balcony. I went to change it and got a room with 3 beds (triple). I had booked the hotel for its sap to end a week of hard work and lots of driving with a relaxing time, but the spa was not open on Sunday I was told, but I had particularly booked the hotel for it. I was quite disappointed. In the morning Breakfast was OK, with fresh fruits and juice, but staff was absolutely not attentive and had their coats from outside still on and reading the paper behind a buffet. The coffee was not hot, but what to expect if you do not plug the perculator in. No utensils were available until we asked. It seemed that supervision was not available or least inadequate.
