Pros: Quiet and comfortable enough for one night stay; staff were helpful, although couldn't find my booking at first
Hotel more suited to business travellers and conventions, for tourists it's a fair distance from the central part of the city

El hotel está muy bien ubicado; es muy cómodo, habitación y baño amplios. Muy limpio. En cuanto al personal, gente muy amable dispuesta a resolver todas las situaciones y proporcionar la mejor información. Nos ayudó a que nuestras vacaciones sean geniales.

Unfortunately the service at this hotel was bad. The worst example was when the hotel reception staff sent the taxi away that I had arranged to take me to the airport. They told the driver I had left the hotel already, even though they still had my luggage stored near the reception desk, so I don't know how they could have made that mistake. Fortunately I didn't miss my flight, but it caused quite a delay and a lot of frayed nerves. The staff also woke me up with a wake-up call that was intended for a colleague, and were generally unhelpful and unresponsive to requests. The hotel is worn around the edges and isn't a good value for the money.

We had an unpleasant stay. Upon arrival there was no reservation and the gentleman at the reception that Sunday was quite unfriendly if not rude. I was directed with a waive of the hand to the rooms behind a door and no service was offered. I felt very unwelcome. Or was it because I had a backpack I received poor service? The room I was assigned had nothing to do with the description given by hotels.com. View on the city and balcony. I went to change it and got a room with 3 beds (triple). I had booked the hotel for its sap to end a week of hard work and lots of driving with a relaxing time, but the spa was not open on Sunday I was told, but I had particularly booked the hotel for it. I was quite disappointed. In the morning Breakfast was OK, with fresh fruits and juice, but staff was absolutely not attentive and had their coats from outside still on and reading the paper behind a buffet. The coffee was not hot, but what to expect if you do not plug the perculator in. No utensils were available until we asked. It seemed that supervision was not available or least inadequate.

Excelente estadia, esmerada atención de todo el personal del hotel, preocupación por la salud, seguridad, muy grato hospedarse en este hotel, es como estar en casa y con muchas mas comodidades. Felicitaciones a todo el personal y volveremos en Septiembre.
