"Staff was friendly and helpful "

"It was really surprising how nice it was. They had a great restaurant, they had great breakfasts. I used the gym twice, they had a peloton. The pool was very nice but full of kids, due to a birthday party going on. The rooms were very up-to-date, a mini refrigerator and a microwave. It came with a desk which I needed because I brought my desktop to work on. All in all it turned out to be my favorite hotel in the Pullman/Moscow area as I do a lot of business there."

"The room was clean and the shower was good. Breakfast was adequate but the dining area is small and more attention could be paid to restocking items."

"When I checked in the evening around 9:00PM the front staff was watching a movie in lobby. While I was completing the paperwork the movie had a s** scene and the gentleman continued to watch it. Two young girls came into the lobby and the staff did not turn off the movie. I quickly steered my 3 young kids through the lobby to the room. It was very unprofessional for the staff. My kids looked forward to breakfast and the breakfast offered was just a few items in a brown bag. "

"It was very good. My only comment is room 317 needs ne2 lght bulbs. It was kind of dark. But everything else was great. My grandson loved the pool and i enjoyed the spa."

"Great motel with updated bathrooms and free coffee in the am. Loved the front desk guy! Very helpful. Appreciated the car charging service. Beds were a bit hard. "
