"If you are looking for luxury accommodations, this may not be for you. But if you are looking for a unique stay in a Shaker farmhouse set in a beautiful and peaceful setting, book now! The furnishings in the room may be basic, two small rockers, a bed, two tables, but it is CLEAN and the bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE. There are modern touches like a Keurig and bathroom toiletries. The only thing it didn’t have that is very useful when on road trips was a small fridge or microwave. The irresistible attraction is the outdoor space. Each guest building has a fire pit and supplies for fire. Your stay gives you access to all of Shaker Village, including tours, their farm and all the many hiking trails. So many interesting things to see and do. Or do nothing at all and just enjoy the rolling hills and green space and relax. Definitely recommend a stay at Shaker Village!"
