Below average for a Marriott

We were disappointed in our stay. The cleanliness of the bathroom was very poor. First night there we found hair from private part of the body on the bathroom floor. The mirror on the back of the bathroom door was filthy and stay that way on our five night stay. The bathroom floor was not washed the entire time of our stay. Their policy for cleaning the room lacks. We had our do not disturb sign on the door. Housekeeping checks only one time per day. If your sign is on the door your room does not get cleaned. I asked a manager about this and was told they only check one time. So beds do not get made, no clean towels, and wet ones are not removed. This happened to us two times but after speaking with a manger someone did come to our room to clean. After that we did not put the sign out anymore. We expected more from a Marriott hotel especially for the amount they charge which does not include a free breakfas.

Family week away.

The area was nice. The hotel was nice but there were only two smalls issues. The pillows were not comfortable at all. Also, their tv Network was not working properly. You had to turn the tv on a certain way and go through the channels certain way or it would not work properly. Room 228, not sure if it was in every room. But in all it was a great stay for my family.

Mixed experience.

Mixed experience. While the property is clean and comfortable, the noise caused by football revelers caused a night of very little rest. In spite of two complaints to the front desk employee about the noise, the problem was not resolved. The night's expense was comp'd, but a good night's rest was needed more than the savings. The night manager should have insisted that the noise be contained in the room that the footballers rented and should not have been tolerated right outside the windows of sleeping rooms. As the most expensive property in Junction City, management should do better.

Carpet was soiled, TV remote didn't work, mattress was broken down and too soft. This hotel is not being properly mainrltained.Bill
