Why a Handicap Room??

The room they gave me was for handicapped, had no bath tub, only a shower. (I do not need a handicap room!!) When I told them I needed a tub, it seemed a great inconvenience for the clerk to deal with it. I ended up with ANOTHER handicap room, but at least there was a tub. I've stayed at Hampton Inns before, and have never encountered any of their personnel with such an attitude! TV was awful, very limited, no weather channel. Their TV is COX. Other Hampton Inns have Direct TV, and get a lot more channels.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived; the view from the window included a brick wall, two dead snakes, and pigeon manure; the walls and floors are not soundproof; hotel promised to refund one night and didn't.

Our family booked several rooms as we were attending a family reunion nearby. We were all pleased with the hotel and especially with the staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us.
