Great location off the interstate for one night stay. Clean but small room. Good breakfast with a lot of options. Friendly staff and we were able to get more towels but not one more pillow. Good value for the price.

We stayed for one night, the only bad thing was that the toilet was clogged it wouldn’t flush we had to ask for a plunger. My husband loved the breakfast said it was good they had a little bit of everything.

Very convenient location to the interstate. We have stayed here multiple times. Rates much lower than Kerrville so we elect Dos Rios to stay even when visiting Kerrville area. Staff very nice and very attentive. Would recommend this property to anyone.

when we tried to check in, we were told there was no record of our reservation, & others were told the same. check in was at least a 30 min process at almost 11p with an 18 month old rest of the hotel was what you would expect for a hotel in junction tx.

Convenient while driving across country. Doors give out on parking lot - easy to bring stuff in the room. Laminate wood floor - easy to keep clean. Mini Fridge, Not luxury, but good for a night passing through.

The sheets appear to be crisp and the room is clean. The fan in the bathroom is very loud. The towels were a bit worn looking. The hand towels were newer looking.

Spent the night for an area two day job. Really nice to have air conditioning. It was set to 76 degrees, but the exterior room door let in the 100+ heat, so I had to turn it down to 72. The bed was very comfortable. The room was fairly small compared with other Best Westerns. The bathroom was clean but fairly basic. The staff provided excellent service and saved my personal pillow for me to return later and pick it up. I really like the hot breakfast better than that other Best Westerns I've been to lately.

The manager on duty was extremely helpful and friendly. The room we were assigned was not ready for new guests: dirty carpet, ac in cleaning process, amenities not provided in bathroom. She offered to move us to another room, but we had already unloaded everything, and didn’t go-though our stay would have been more pleasant, if we had. The next morning, she asked us if our ac has cooled properly, which I appreciated.
