The sink was weirdly sensitive to the point where we couldn’t use it without first splashing water everywhere. The breakfast was just toast, muffins, waffles, cereal, and coffee. No eggs or sausage. The waffles were TX shaped though!

The accountant on site was talking in circles about my credit card being declined and how I should cancel my on line prepaid reservation so she could run it on my credit card. I reminded her that my payment was non-refundable so she asked to take a copy of my card just for a deposit in case they didn’t get paid by Expedia?

Phone randomly rings every hour or so. When asked the front deak about it, they said they have random rooms that do that and they dont have a fix besides unplug your phone. Area is close to a gas sation and wasnt to far off our route.

Worst experience ever.
Their supposed hot breakfast was the waffle machine no eggs or protein. 0 heathy options all sugar. Staff was clueless couldn’t answer the simplest questions on the hotel or surrounding area. Questions like where’s the nearest gas station. Do you have a guest laundry.

Asked for a room on the first floor, which was an issue. I finally got moved from a king room on the second floor to a double queen on the first, but only after refusing to pay a $10 upcharge. The sheet on my bed was highly stained (at least I hope that it was a stain) and there was hair on the shower wall. My wife has categorically refused to return.

Noisy noisy noisy. Building is just front of the freeway, the ramp to access to the freeway. Parking for truck is just behind the hotel. Place not quiet at all.

New ownership of a previous Motel 6 & I can see they're trying to improve, but it's still mostly a Motel 6. I expected better conditions than a Motel 6 is all. It's OK for a place to rack for the night, but lower your expectations for now.
