Staff went out of their way to assist my elderly mother with baggage and transportation to the airport. Thank you very much!

Nice hotel next to the airport

It just stayed over night for my flight came in late and my connection was early in the morning. I love the location! And the room was clean, the bed was comfortable!

Could be so much better

Pros: Conveniently located next to airport
Cons: Breakfast offerings and more comfortable bedding.
Have stayed there many years ago. While they have done some updates, there are other things that are worse. The mattress and pillows are hard and uncomfortable , the “free” internet isn’t functionail and if you want any dishes in the kitchen, you have to ask for them. There isn’t even a coffee pot with complimentary coffee in the room. They do provide coffee in the lobby, but half the time, the carafes were empty. The daytime desk clerk seemed to look bothered any time you asked him a question. The complimentary breakfast was a bit of a joke - granola bars or packeges of oatmeal were the only things offered. They mentioned that they usually have muffins too, but it would be really nice to have something that wasn’t carb laden and/or a sugary.

After spending the night in a room at sixty degrees and no in room coffee no not again

Great location. Right next to airport.

Cons: I would suggest that if there is a disagreement between staff & guest, that the conversation be handled quietly & with tact.
David at the front desk was a real delight. He made sure that I had a taxi scheduled to pick me up the morning I needed to get to the ferry terminal. While another staff member was having a very heated & uncomfortable conversation with a guest, David kept very upbeat and accommodating. Thank you David!

Not what I expected

The first night there was any heat was freezing when I woke up and the second day smoke alarm went off and front desk gut couldn't turn it off.

Close to the airport

I was in my room just to sleep. The hallway was quiet, TV and heating were adequate. The kitchenette was adequate for my needs.
