Check in was pathetic, both check in agent were rude non cooperative, hotels had lots of room available asked them to put all 7 rooms at one floor, I will never book the hotel again. No one was there to take luggage or help for anything. Service was really pathetic.

I loved the fresh coffee that was available every morning in the lobby., that the bus station was next door, and that there were a dozen bars, shops, restaurants, trailheads, and activities within walking distance. The window views and staff were nice. My only small complaint might be that a small continental breakfast would’ve been great. There are few breakfast places that open before nine in Downtown Juneau.

1 star hotel for a 4 star price - don’t recommend
Would not recommend staying here. It is outdated with very cheap linens, bedding and bed. The staff is incredibly rude and you have to ask multiple times for something such as towels. We asked for our room to be cleaned (3 night stay) and they never cleaned it. Absolutely not worth the astronomical prices they’re charging. The only pro to this property is the location, but there’s plenty of other options in the downtown area. Would not recommend.

Best hotel in Juneau, although its a bit pricey. Modern and tasteful decor in the rooms. I had a room on the 5th floor that faced the waterfront, giving a beautiful view. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice restauraunt and bar on the premises and free parking. A definite bonus was the cooling system in the room the worked as well as a decent air conditioner.

We stayed 3-nights at this property for a visit to Juneau. Our room was basic, clean, with basic comfort. We faced the cruise ship port, which was fun. Thank hotel was quiet and the staff very friendly and helpful. We noticed the inside of the bathroom light switch looked like it needed replacement and the bathroom lacked a vent fan. The bed should have had a softer pillow top and a few more sleeping pillows would have been nice. The onsite restaurant, McGivney's, doesn't offer breakfast, and was often short staffed, with long waits and often out of several items each visit. They offer basic bar food, but there are lots of other decent eateries nearby. McGivney's staff was friendly. There's no pool or work out facilities that we saw in the hotel. Overall, a fine stay, in a safe, convenient location, with great staff, and basic rooms and amenities.

There is no housekeeping. My shower/tub didn't drain. Noise from the hallway is quite loud. On the plus side the staff is friendly, the wifi works and it's a great location. OH and the restaurant used to be open for breakfast but that is no longer the case.

Stunning Juneau Scenery
Location was extremely convenient for shopping, restaurants and cafes in downtown Juneau. Also close to Mt. Robert tram and excursion stalls. Hotel also offered concierge services on-site. Our room was decent size and the sea views were amazing.

Great experience. We had a room that overlooked the harbor. The room & beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean; also the bath appeared to be updated. The Sheraton was convenient to walking around town and also to loading our gear onto our ship. It's probably the nicest hotel in Juneau for the price.

Location is perfect for easy access to downtown shops and restaurants. Staff is great and friendly. The only improvement to the would be new mattresses. The springs could be felt through the mattress covering. Overall, would definitely stay there again.
