Considering this is a 5-star hotel, I expected punctuality, to say the least. However, our check-in was delayed by 50 minutes, and their reason was because housekeeping wasn’t ready, which is an unreasonable excuse.
By the time we got to our room, the shower booth was still wet (I assume it was from the cleaning), which left us unpleasant.
On a different but related note, room service was horrible. I’ve had better tasting food at my neighborhood restaurant, and french fries we ordered were not crisp. McDonald’s has better fries than this place.
For a 5-star hotel, I don’t think the expectations I had were extremely high. Just be punctual and elevate the food quality, at least better than that of McDonald’s.
