Spacious room with rain shower, with shuttles to airport and trains to Zürich’s main train station. Our room had view of planes landing and leaving. A food market, clothing and shoe stores as well as a 24 hour gas station and cafe as just steps away across the road. A Macdonalds restaurant is attached to the hotel, open till midnight.

The property is just fine as in outstanding. Wife loved the breaded pork steak I loved the steak, room was clean, staff mostly spoke English. Two things really hurt this property. One is early morning check out. We went to leave at 5:00AM and were told we could not leave until 7:00AM. That was the funny part. No we went ahead and left. The other thing is the address posted in Expedia puts this property in Junglinster. It is in Gonderange. As you enter Gonderrange it is to your right. A long red building. It is on the right as you head North East on the E-29. Go to Google earth and print out a copy of the building. This is Expedia's fault, maybe Best Westerns too. The staff told me it misdirects people all the time, they have complained and nothing has happened.

I stayed in this place on my way from Belgium to Germany. It was nice quiet hotel, with good rates. The staff were friendly. They offer good breakfast, and the car parking is free. The room was clean and the size was OK, but there was no A/C and the Wi-Fi needs to be improved (the speed was low and the signal was not strong) . The location is OK. In general, I like this hotel.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean, staff was very accommodating and helpful.. However, there is no air conditioning unit (except for electric fan) and it was very hot in the hotel. Also, it is very far from the city center. Thank you.

No hot water until 8am in the morning resulted in very cold showers. Easy location about 15 min from Luxemburg city. The address on Orbitz takes you past the hotel but you’ll see it right off the highway

Charming Hotel just outside of Lux City
Great hotel located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Luxembourg City. It was also close to many other attractions, castles etc. Surrounded by farm land and green space with a small pet area in the back. My family and I traveled with our dog and was very happy the hotels policy that pets stay free without any restrictions. Great breakfast in the morning with something to offer everyone in your family especially little ones. When I visit Luxembourg again I will be sure to stay here as the staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful.

Unusually clean
During a two week trip to 5 countries in Europe this hotel was one of the best we stayed in. It is modern, clean with cheerful and efficient staff. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the tables are set with white table clothes and nice place settings. The shower/sink room is very small and so are the side tables but these are things we could work around. WiFi was mediocre

Quiet clean place, but you need your own transport
Used it as a 3 night B+B stopover point coming home from Switzerland, back to UK. Did Lux city first day then Trier in Germany the second day, Trier more interesting. All staff very friendly. Rooms clean. Food and service very good. Petrol station next door handy for filling up before leaving and evening treats, kids had late treat ice creams from there when we had a 5 min walk after eating tea. Def a safe and clean useful stopover point to break a long journey up.

This hotel really exceeded all expectations.

No AC...
Be aware that there is NO AC in this hotel. We were lucky to be there on a night that it cooled down with a big windows in our room, but other rooms have smaller windows and can only crack open. Otherwise our stay was great and breakfast was very good, and the room spacious for Euro standards.

Despite the aminities mentioned this hotel has no AC - that was a big dissapointment as we were wrongly informed. Windows did not open fully either. Hotels.com should do a better job getting its facts right and informing clients correctly.
