Close to dog beach and fresh market

Good location

They are remodeling so I think it will be better when the rooms are completed.

Very Disappointing

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Better customer service. Offer discounts to guests for inconveniences imposed by hotel construction.
Location: Location is tricky as you have to cross the highway into oncoming traffic without any traffic light.
Hotel was undergoing renovations - and there was construction drilling directly above my room from 9am-6pm daily. Hotel staff was not very sympathetic - they unable to move my room - said they were booked - but no offer of a reduced room rate to put up with the inconvenience. Also had late night disturbances from hotel guests getting ice from the ice machine (extremely noisy!) in the hallway - 3am!! I wish they have forewarned me about the construction, drilling and related noise - along with offering a reduced room rate to put up with the inconveniences created by the construction and the noise. I will not stay there ever again!

Nice hotel in Jupiter

Great location with a comfortable room, and good breakfast. Ignore the renovation work. I’ll be back. The staff is very accommodating.

Pros, price, location, parking and a light breakfast. Cons, Under renovation, and did not let anyone know until check in. Water was off 2nd day I was there fron 9 to 6. Only house cleaning service I received was trash emptied. No cleaning, bed making or towel replacements.

Not A Favorite!

Pros: It was in Jupiter, FL
Cons: There should be rooms for non pet guests.
Location: Ok
I did not know it was ALL pet friendly. I have allergies to dogs and cats. Also, I did not appreciate a dog barking all the time I was at breakfast. The dog owner had to keep feeding the dog from the buffet to keep the dog quiet. I believe there should be rooms for both animal lovers and non animal lovers and some restrictions on pets. where they can and cannot go.

Pleasantly surprised

Pros: Breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Small fridge in room.
Cons: Bed pillows. Hard as rocks. Take your own and you will be very happy.
Location: Hotel is set back in a cove off of the street. It was a little difficult to find in the dark.
The hotel is definitely above average for the price. The breakfast was good with great selection.

Very poor hotel

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything
Location: Location was very good, that's about it.
Very bad. Hotel in poor condition, also not very secure in areas. We found a used cigarette in the coffee machine, after reporting the management was not interested.

Basic budget hotel

Very clean room. Nice staff. Very quiet. Room overwhelmed by huge work desk. No extra electrical outlets. While loud the A/C was very effective against the outside heat and humidity.
