“The space and cleanliness of the property were fantastic. Communication was easy and quick, and the one issue that popped up and could be dealt with was taken care of very quickly. It was an excellent stay and top-notch service from the host.”

The bedsheets are of satin/silk material and were very uncomfortable for those who are sensitive to the texture. The host was not responsive to our request for other alternatives. “This was our second stay at this property. We loved it and had a pleasant experience both times. The host was so kind and accommodating. They knew we traveled with children--on our first stay our children happily slept on the couches--so when we arrived the second time, there was a second bed set and ready for us. It is the kindest gesture that we've ever received at any b&b.”

“I had a great stay at LIVN Chicago. I really liked the loft-style design, it gave the space a modern, comfortable feel and made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The full kitchen was a huge plus, and it was stocked with everything I needed, including bowls, cups, plates, and utensils, which made my stay much more convenient. “Property was garden units and they didn't list as garden units Second when we got there bed was broke later management did call inform us before was broke but we been there 4 hours already they did offer different units however they didn't have units with kitchen so we ended up with staying next day maintenance guys came fixed the bed It was easy to get airport and highway other than that I wouldn't stay especially clean fees $150 + another service fees for $60 it's not worth $700 for 3 nights”

“It was a beautiful, clean property in a great location. It had an upscale feel with nice finishes. The private terrace was a nice surprise as we didn’t realize that from the listing. The couches were very comfortable in the beds, even comfier. All and all a fantastic trip to Chicago!”
