The property was nice and clean, the staff were super friendly. The pool was well maintained and is righton the beach. The check in process was easy. There's various food options with in walking distance and a shopping village 10 min drive. Great for families, would stay again.

Beautiful waterfalls made everything peaceful Did not like how dangerous the ocean was. I did appreciate the signs and advice not to swim in that area

My family and I stayed for a full week, and truly the only complaint we have is the maid service. Our room was cleaned 1 time during the entire stay, and we had to call for new towels multiple times. Other than that, the staff was great, the kids activities were a nice change of pace, the pools and spas were always refreshing & never too crowded to find a spot to sit. The rooms were impressive in size, and up to date. There was always a parking spot, and we were able to walk to other places near the resort for food / shopping. We had a great family vacation!

Love everything about this property except for they need to update the appliances like the tv other than that the property was very clean and I would stay here again

They are currently repainting, repairing, and renovating and everything was done quite well. The pool area is fantastic and the beach access is perfect. This was our 2nd time staying here and is definitely worth every penny.

This place is absolutely average. Not terrible but not good. The staff here seemed to be bothered about everything. Sorry to bother you while your working. The pool area is nice and there are alot of chairs. The best part of this place is the kids activity center. The staff in the activities area was amazing!

This property exceeded our expectations. Outside appeared dated but the staff were remarkable. The location to the beach was superb. The hotel itself and the suite were perfect.

Restaurant was not open. Just a snack bar. Snack bar and bar had limited hours. I was told this was due to shortage of staff due to the fire. Housekeeping was not included since we only stayed a week. Overall the resort was beautiful and the stay was excellen. All staff was friendly and helpful.

we had a 1 room 2 bedroom with a Kitchenette. Very Small kitchen and was not well stocked.Barely adequate. TVs and all tech was outdated. no streaming services. ok. For what was paid would have expected much more. Had stayed here years ago and was a much better experience.

Stayed here multiple times. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is nice and spacious with excellent eating and drinking options poolside. Very nice, uncrowded beach as well. The only thing that would make this place perfect is if the units had a full kitchen with a range and clothes washer/dryer in the units. Otherwise KBC is very convenient with nearby food options and grocery store across the street. Will definitely be staying here again.

The staff throughout the property was fantastic. Always asking what they could do to make your stay better. The room #820 with a partial ocean view was great. We had two boys 12yrd and 15yrd both sleep on a sofa queen pullout. The king size bed was in a separate room. We were here July 18th through August 2nd of 2023. The weather was perfect. Thank you for such a awesome stay!

Would like to had a restaurant on site. The snack bar is great and very good, but your resort really needs to have a restaurant to keep up with the other resorts.
