"This was our second stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel Shinjuku. We booked the Premier Grand and enjoyed the daily breakfast, afternoon tea and bar time in the Club lounge. Location is about 10 mins walk to the JR Shinjuku station, but the hotel is convienently served by the Airport Limousine buses. We are disappointed with the lack of bell services during checkout. When the airport bus arrived, there wasn't a bell person at the desk and I had to find one to help with our luggage and he looked like I was bothering him. They obviously need more stff training for international guests. "

"My 1st night I was so tired after the long flight. Found an excellent Vietnamese restaurant right across the street. Followed by a hot bath in the Japanese soaking tub then fast to sleep in a very comfortable bed. Front desk staff were very helpful. When my SIM card did not work to get directions or anything else on WiFi, Naoki at the front desk took extra time to help me figure out my onward passage to Kawaguchiko. He printed out a bus schedule and the map to get from the Kawaguchiko Station to my next hotel. Arigatou gozaimasu! If I had time, I would have stayed an extra night to rest and also explore the Shinjuku area. "
