The beds were comfortable and there was so much space and the hotel was spotlessly clean . The views of the mosque and the castle from the windows in room 2004 were amazing . Ibrahim the receptionist was very friendly and helped us sort out a taxi to the station . The only suggestion we have is that We would have liked to have bedside lights We found people of Kars very friendly and the town very interesting . We’d have liked to stay in an extra night to explore but had a train to catch ."
