"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"No lift but we stayed on 4th floor. One night it ran out of hot water in a sudden, and nothing they could do about it, just told us to wait till the next day. Other then the issues above, other things are ok. The room is not big but it's reasonable for 2 people. Not recommend for families, but ok for single traveler or couple. "

"Good for families. Wish there was more floor space to spread out. No hooks for towels and only one pot for cooking. Full kitchen was a plus as was the washing machine. Great location and nice building. Would definitely stay again if I return to Fukuoka. "

"Hotel is 1.1 km walk from Hakata station. A bit of a walk with luggage or with children. The street in front is not busy, and there's plenty of space to park temporarily, half way onto the front of the property to unload/load. We stayed in room 102, in the DX Triple Room. In the only first floor room, I heard people coming out of the elevator, people checking in/out occasionally, but never heard any noise from above, though I'm unsure if there were any guests on the second floor. Hardly heard...
