We stay here almost every time we go to the Big Island. Excellent location ( walk to almost every restaurant/bar/ shops and a great pool with new bbqs that were put in recently!!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgable. The location near Kona is great, right beside the ocean with a nice bbq and pool area. We were quite comfortable staying there.

The size of the one bed room unit is larger than expected. In room washer and dryer make the laundry work much easier. The kitchen is also good size even though we didn't use it. Some of the furniture items are due for renewed. Overall, it is good lodging experience for our three day stay.
