Nice hotel good breakfast

I love this hotel I got it as a mystery hotel nice room with a coffee pot the room was clean good cable and internet they have a great free breakfast I hope I get this hotel every time I do the mystery hotel

Nice hotel nice room good breakfast

The hotel and staff was great the room had microwave and mini fridge it has coffee maker hair dryer and iron in room comfortable bed nice tv and internet I will stay there again for sure

If you are a smoker, DO NOT stay at this hotel. I was charged $100 because the maid said the room smelled of smoke. I DID NOT smoke in the room. I smoked in my car. I called corporate office and they said they couldn't do anything that it was up to the manager of the hotel. Guess who checked me out, the manager, so of course I DID NOT Get my money back. Never staying at this hotel again

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. Seeing as how you replied with "anonymous" you were probably one of many guests we have caught smoking in our hotel rooms. That includes marijuana which is the only one I keep deposits on based off of smell. So in closing, if you want your deposit back, do not smoke marijuana at my hotel.

nice hotel and i love the comfort and breakfast

Pros: i nlike everything and good tv channels
Cons: no coplaints
Location: there were places to eat and shop it was a nice place
it was a nice room even had a microwave fridge and coffee pot the staff was great and the breakfast was very god i will stay there again and again

The jetted tub was filthy. After cleaning it there was still muck coming out of the jets. After some time of trying to be switched to a different room, we were finally moved. In the morning when speaking to the manager, the first thing she stayed was that there were no refunds or future credits that would be available since booked through Expedia. I wasn't as worried about having money back as I was with the overall cleanliness and she was just rude about the issues from the night before.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. Judging from the photos and the date you gave feedback, you stayed on one of the unfortunate dates a water main broke up the street. We had warned all guests to run water for up to 20 minutes to insure any "junk" was flushed out. Unfortunately, we cannot do refunds or discounts when you book through a third party.

Nice place to stay for a quick overnight trip.

Location: Close to restaurants and activities.
Very comfortable beds and a nice breakfast bar. Reasonable price!

Housekeeping was poor. My friend who stayed in another room had bugs in her room.

This hotel was having the same issues as many hotels in the area around this time - stinkbugs. According to local news, there was a massive stinkbug infestation occurring in West Michigan and northern parts of Indiana. Despite spraying all rooms every day, they still came in through the air conditioners. We do apologize for this matter and thankfully with the colder weather, the stinkbugs are disappearing.

Pros: Close to WMU campus
Cons: It was dated and needs some cosmetic updates and repairs. The pillows were not good, bring your own.
Location: Great place to take in a football game.
The hotel was ok. It was close to the WMU campus, which was what we wanted, and was easy on and off the expressway. It was quiet too. Overall with some improvements to the interior rooms and some updates this would be a lovely hotel. The price was decent and the breakfast was quite good.

Cons: wiFi
Location: Didn't really observe
Was a last minute purchase. Location was fine, was clean, staff was mostly friendly. Wifi was terrible couldn't complete homework. All and all was a decent stay
