Location good, right off interstate. Older hotel but just fine for the value.

The hotel was smoke and did what we needed. The room didn't smell so nice when we walked in, but the odor wasn't noticeable after a short time. The best part was that they let us park our car there while we were away for a week since we were staying when we returned.

Very nice staff. Clean room. Very small room. Terrible mattress. Needs replacing. Noisy, as our room was adjacent to hwy. ramp. We had our dog with us

The keys to the room we were assigned to did not work, so we returned to the front desk to inquire. We were assigned a different room and those keys did not work either. So, we returned to the front desk a second time and were reassigned yet another room, all the way down the hall next to the exit door. Those keys did work, however, when we got in the room, the lights did not work. Had to navigate a dark room to flip on all lamp switches until we were able to see. The bathroom was in need to some TLC. (walls, shower tiles, and floor)

The check in was easy. Nice reception clerk. First room we were sent to had not been cleaned. Second room we were sent to- we could not get the key card to work. Got new cards from reception. New cards did not work. Given a 3rd room. Key cards did not work. Was given some sort of cleaner to use in the lock. Did not work-even with help of maintenence man, who had recently reprogrammed it. He said the locks only work for so long before they need to be replaced, and the hotel had not done that. Finally we were given key cards to a new room elsewhere in the hotel.. new room was fine and card worked... Until the next day when we had to get new cards made again. Even with all of that- it was an okay hotel with nice staff. The hotel needs to replace all the locks for sure. I think other guests would be much more upset if this happened to them. I am pretty easy going.. it was just frustrating....That is the reason I gave a less than average rating. The hotel otherwise seemed to be in good shape with nice amenities for the price.
