When I pull up to a hotel add there's garbage all around, it should be neat and clean when guests pull in. Staff was very friendly, especially at breakfast

Golden showers for 2?
Well the non smoking hotel rooms were smoking which helped have a allergic reaction. But thats the worst of it. What two things do you want to do when youve driven 7 or 8 hours in a day? Shower and brush teeth... well if you're into golden showers of rust water the color of urine you are in good shape at this hotel. We told fromt desk at early morning check out they said "oh did you run the water?" Yes we ran the water 30min in the shower and atleast that long on the sink. Ok.... So if you want Flint Michigan water with 3rd world accommodations this is your place! Would not recommend

The Hotel was Ok... the area was not . Drug deals going on in the parking lot... The closest restaurant was a Denny's ran by crack heads... was NOT a good experience. I'll NEVER stay there again... and I'll never use Expedia again...and I travel a lot.

Business trip, hotel was very close to Expo Center. Room was clean, beds comfy but outdated. Breakfast and coffe was good. For the price paid, I would stay again

we had a room that needed repair and should not have been rented. The bathroom ceiling had water damage (and what looked like black mold). the bathroom door wouldn't shut (it was warped and falling apart from water damage, even the repairs that were made to the door were not holding). This room should have been off the available to rent list so that repairs could be made. The staff was wonderful.

The bathroom was clean, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The padded chair and carpet were gross. The chair was visibly dirty and worn, and the carpet felt greasy.

I couldn’t get the smell out of my nose.
The smell was horrendous, the front desk service was entirely less-than-professional, there were hairs all over the bathroom counter, sticky yuck all over the surfaces, and the fridge wouldn’t stay closed. Simply put, it was unsanitary and I refused to let my child stay there.

Arrived late night, got to room great checkin, air conditioner wasn't working, phone didn't work, went down told the front desk, they offered refund where do you find another place at midnight. Told me they were full, went back to room went to bed, desk manager came up said room across hall was open air working so we moved . Everything ok then

There were literally crap stains on the carpeting in the room! The parking lot was dark, hardly any lighting! The only people that use this hotel are truckers. This is very unsafe for a young female. Couldn't stay, I had to find another hotel. Neither the Clarion hotel or Orbitz would refund my stay! Extremely unhappy with this experience. Don't even consider staying at this hotel! Run, don't walk anywhere but here!!!!!!

Lots of late night yelling and doors slamming....big dogs barking. Did not look to be a very safe area. It was also extremely difficult to get to off of the interstate.

The property is acceptable, although it's expensive for what you get. Despite being a non-smoking facility, the smell of marijuana is present in all public areas. The breakfast was very nice.

Beside the new sign and reception area the room was outdated with concerning safety issues. The plug for the hairdryer was broken and only held together with a single tape. The coffee maker did not work. The bathtub was worn out and bulged. The showerhead was not possible to adjust and was stuck on massage setting.

Pleasantly surprised.
I really enjoyed it here. One of the better hotels in my opinion. The staff were awesome and friendly. I do wish someone had said the pool was closed though. I was looking forward to a good swim.

The sink water came out brown for a couple minutes and had a bad smell after. Reserved a few months in advance and when we arrived the pool was closed to remove the hot tub. Asked for a refund for one of my two days as we chose it for the pool and they said no "it was posted on the website, so no refunds". Was told to let the water run and it should clear up. It did clear up, but when I turned it on about 10 minutes later it started out brown again. Stayed the first night and checked out first thing in the morning.
