Pre-paid for king bed. Got 2 queens.

Pre-paid in full for a king with a sleeper sofa. Even called to let them know it would be a late check-in. The lady was rude on the phone. we stated that we were calling because we had a room reserved...her comment was "so what do you want me to do about it" even before we told her we were calling to let them know it was a late check in. When we arrived we were given a double queen instead of the King that was prepaid. The lady that checked us in was very kind. The beds are extremely hard!

I travel a lot for business and have stayed here before for work. (This however was a leisure trip with husband)This trip the bed was comfortable,the decor was fine but I felt everything needed a good cleaning. The main light over the door was out, stuff on the wall...not sure sure what is was but begged for a good Lysol cleaning. Not sure I'd come back. It had definitely gone down hill since I stayed here before. When there is apparent uncleanliness, you wonder about all the stuff you can't see. Quite frankly, it didn't measure up to the price that was charged. 9am Saturday am my husband and I were woken up by workers re-roofing. Dissapointed.

Great hotel, convenience and clean

Pros: Clean and close to everything that we need to be.
Cons: Congratulations, for a good place to be outside the home.
Location: Was a restaurant right there, few feet from the hotel, and close to the highway.
Place was clean, great and helpful staff. Good variety of breakfast items. The room was spacious and very clean, I always have issues about this, but I was very please.

Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly and was able to check us in quickly. The room itself was clean and spacious enough for a family of four.
Cons: The temperature in the room was too hot. Although we turned the thermostat to 62 degrees, in the middle of the night, the room was still too hot.

Dirty bathroom. Pool cold and dirty. No Frig.

Ok for a quick night, but if you planning on a weekend trip look elsewhere.

Renovations to the pool began shortly after your stay, and renovations to the guest rooms will begin over the next few months, including the addition of mini fridges to many of the rooms. In for a wedding but it was close to the campus and sports arenas. Comfortable and a great deal.
