Nice place!!!

The only issue we had was the heat in the room was too high. Good thing the windows opened. Even turning it to A/C didn’t do much.

Great moderately priced hotel. Yes Friendly staff, very clean and tidy, very comfortable beds. Convenient refrigerator and microwave in room. Great room for the price.

The staff at check in was very nice. Confused about having to pay separately, I.e., three separate transactions for 3,hotel rooms under my name, but this is the first time I’ve booked that many, so perhaps just how things are done. Pleased on many levels...and breakfast/coffee was nice, too!

Very out dated. Shower dial is messed up, hot is not hot and cold is not cold, in fact- cold is hot and hot is cold so that was confusing. Hotel is very outdated. Thumbs up on the Paul mitchel bath products though. Will be staying at an updated hotel next time around.

Check in process should be seamless. From shift to shift no one knew what they were doing. I asked various shifts about my charges and received different answers each time. Sad

Wonderful Stay

Pleasant hotel to stay at. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Had a minor check in process, room error, and billing charge but they were able to correct it quickly. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Friendly but not 4-star

Front-desk staff was incredibly friendly and extremely fast with check in which was great since it was late and we were exhausted. The hotel was a little run-down though, and there was a used Band-Aid on our floor that 'greeted' us upon entry to our room. The bathroom fan was switched in to the bathroom light, however, it didn't turn off with the light and was noisy. The pool was nice, however, there was a huge leak in the ceiling with a stream of water pouring down all over the floor, which made for a slippery deck.
