The price for a very small dog was high at $40 and should be mentioned on the website. All it says it that it is pet friendly.

10 years ago I stayed at this property for more that 100 nights a year for 2 straight years. My job changed so I haven't been back until now 4/13/24. Here are my observations: I stayed on the 5th floor. They have ice machines on the 5th, 3rd, and 1st floor. So I went to the ice machine on the 5th floor and it was out of order. So I went to the 3rd floor and it was out of order. So I went to the 1st floor and it was out of order. So I asked the front desk attendant where I could get ice. He told me they have a cooler set up by the restaurant where we could get the ice. Why wasn't i warned of that at check in? The bathroom fixtures and mirror were water spotted. Makes you wonder about how well it was cleaned. The towel hook on the bathroom door was broken off. The towel bar inside the tub was bent. These are easy maintenance items that can be taken care of . The room needs updating. They have Black metal lamps on the night stands. Both were faded and the finish rubbed off in spots. Time to spruce up the place. The highway noise kept me up part of the night. I had never noticed this before. In summary, what I paid to stay at a room at the Four Points Sheraton, the experience was very disappointing. For a hotel of this stature, they certainly have a lot to improve. It pains me to complain about a hotel that was home to me for two years. However the property certainly declined. I doubt that I will be back.

Happy with all interactions with staffing. Would have liked a bathroom vent/fan, other than that my stay was great. Love the late check out time

The credit card machine was down in both the main desk and bar...so every transaction seemingly took iver 10 minutes. I was left at the bar while the bar tender took my card and didn't return for 15 minutes, i thought they dtole my card. Water stains on the ceiling of the room. Thermostat on wall did not control floor unit. So the room was stuck at 75 until we figured out the problem. Area was really downtrodden.

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Room seemed clean. Breakfast buffet for $15? No thanks. Traffic noise was obnoxiously loud compared to other places I’ve stayed that were even closer to a highway. Fitness equipment is old. TV options were lacking. Overall, decent for just a place to sleep, but I’ll choose a different hotel next time. Average at best.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was great. The place needs a little bit of updating but the outside area, there's some abandoned things and needs some landscaping.

Staying here was great, no complaints. Easy fast check in/out. Big and Spacious room ... that being said my room did feel quite empty. Almost half of my room was nothing but blank space as if it was missing a sofa or something. Other than that bed was comfortable, I'd stay here again.

I liked the large king deluxe room. The mattress was soft. The staff was courteous. I didn't like seeing a hair and toothpaste glob in the sink, urine splatter at toilet base, stained sheets, and tv that froze and pixelated often. The $15 breakfast buffet wasn't worth it. The food was old tasting. I was there about 7:30am.

It was nice for the most part. When I went in no one was at the desk I had to look around then he was coming. Very nice though. The area seemed to be kept up for the most part. The shower had little pressure ans the body was and shampoo hooked in the wall was empty which was disappointing. The room was nice and clean.

Four Points is conveniently close to Kalamazoo-Battle Creek International Airport. While many other hotel chains offer free continental breakfast, Four Points only offers a $15 per person buffet. The buffet is more extensive than a continental breakfast, but I would have settled for less food choices if it were offered free of charge.

I stayed for a week and it's nice. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Some of the paint in the bathroom is peeling in the room I stayed but it didn't bother me. Otherwise I had a good stay.

Very nice and quiet location. About 10-12 mins away from mall and shopping areas. I will definitely be returning again.. only complaint I have and it wasn’t a huge deal at all was that they have harder water so the water was discolored and needed softener.

The lobby but my first room heater didn't workthe second room had a bad smell i had a king bed but queen pillows and my bed sinked in was very uncomfortable

The biggest complaint is the breakfast. It is $15 and definitely not worth it. The eggs are, I think, the kind that are made with water or milk and then scrambled. Not good. The bacon was not cooked enough. Everything was only warm, not hot. We had our breakfasts, scepters day 1, at Anna’s House for less money and a big, hot and fresh breakfast.
