Very nice, with one big flaw.

The hotel is new and very nice, and the food was quite good. But a flaw in elevator safety allowed a quickly closing elevator door to strike one of us very hard. Holiday Inn paid for a checkup at an Urgent Care, but this flaw really ought to be fixed.

One very happy businessman

Let me first and foremost commend the absolute terrific customer service of everyone at this hotel. From the Manager to the room service staff, everyone has nothing but their guests in mind. We utilized this property for a business conference and every detail we requested was met with great attention to detail. Room accommodations were A+. Food and lounge service was more than adequate. Can't say enough good things for the three day stay my colleagues and I enjoyed. This hotel and its staff should be used as a model for what customer care in the hotel business should be.

9th birthday party sleepover

I had my daughters 9th Birthday party sleepover at this hotel. Staff was excellent, they directed late party guests to our room, popped popcorn for us at night and were exceptional at breakfast helping me accommodate the lovely 6 girls with breakfast at their restaurant. (By the way.... All 6 girls ate the breakfast buffet free of charge! What a blessing) We swam in the indoor pool which was exceptionally warm and had a great time. Absolutely enjoyed our experience!

Pleasant helpful staff. Close to many restaurants and shopping as well as 5 miles from Firekeepers casino. Quiet! I'd stay here again...no problem!

Room temp was 55 degrees when I entered at 5pm and I turn up the thermostat to 72, took a shower and went to dinner. After I returned it was up to 66, I then rented a movie and when the movie ended it was still 66 degrees. Now its 11pm called front desk, so they would know and they offered to switch rooms. Its late and I was all unpacked and in bed by now, so I declined. I put the other beds covers on also and went to bed. This is the second time my room was disfunctional and I have only stayed here twice...never again
