We booked for the pool, called before reservation and asked about it, was told it was open and working - then we booked. Upon check in we were told it was broken and had been down for a month. Needless to say we had very sad kids. Then we purchased snacks from the pantry area and almost all were expired - that being said the front seat gave our money back for those once pointed out. Breakfast was good and all staff interaction was ok. Rooms were clean.

Nice updated facilities, but unfinished remodeling. There were holes in wall where light fixtures were replaced with new, but no patching or painting over past wall mounts. New carpeting but carpet in room had stains from spilled drinks that had not been cleaned. We only one wash cloth and hand towel the first day. There was wash cloth from previous occupant hanging in shower.

Noisy hallway!
Very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and prompt but we didn't see them much. People in general are rude and don't think of others. Our room was very nice the bed was super comfortable but the neighbors were up at 6:15 helling at each other and slamming the door. Nothing Holiday Inn could have stopped! I just wish people would think of others!!

Only thing I didn’t like was the pool was freezing cold. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the smell of bacon as I walked out the door at 6:20am was amazing

Overall it is a good property. The room had a faint smoke smell and there were clothes left in the dresser (we didn't use it but always double check them). Bathroom had Dove products which was nice. The pool was ice cold. Breakfast was really tasty. Only complaint we had was the marijuana smells in the hallways when it is supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel.

The hotel was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was very nice. However, the refrigerator in our room did not work, and when informed the hotel did not change it out during our stay. In addition, the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and needed to be resealed. In addition we did not ask for stay over service on the first night, but let them know that we did want to stay over service for our third night and did not receive service.

The staff was friendly but the property is dated and in need of repair. You can see small fixes all over that do not adequately address the issues. The room had soap options bolted to the wall in empty dispensers. There were missing towels so only one person got a full set.

Friendly staff and clean property. Also the beds are super comfortable. Delicious breakfast, included. The biscuit and sausage gravy was better than most restaurants.

This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The first room I was given had ants all over it. The staff was helpful and moved me to a clean room but the overall appearance of the facility was diminished.
