Start to a busy week

They didn't have a hot tub, which I had been looking forward to. The queen size bed felt more like a full size bed. Staff was nice and the room was comfortable. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to write home about either.

Close to interstate.

We got to the room and there was hair in the bed and stains on the sheets and pillowcases. Spoke with Holly at the front desk who was very apologetic and helpful. Ended up getting a refund and went to another hotel.

Poor desk service

I was coming down the stairs and slipped on the floor in front of two people at the front desk that didn't even ask me if I was ok, I had to limp away.

Very nice hotel. Clean and welcoming. Only thing bad was the breakfast food. It was not great. Slot of great food in the area.

Late Night Disturbance

A large group of people (20-25) entered the hotel property at 2:00 am and went to the room across the hall from us. They were loud, using obscene language, drinking, and smoking. We called the front desk at least 3 times to complain before the police were called. The hotel management did not handle the situation very well at all and it was at least 2 hours after our initial call to the front desk before the police came and evicted the party from the hotel. Needless to say, we did not get very much sleep and it was anything but restful.

Power Outage Family

Quality Inn formally The Comfort Inn has always been a awesome hotel. The cleanliness, the service, the area. All top notch. They are not expensive at all. There is a front desk person by the name of Josh he is superb...He went above & beyond for the guest who were checked in during the power outage...

The hotel was way over priced and the hotel management was not very nice also there was a fight in the lobby during breakfast in front of my kids as well as other kids and the staff did nothing deffenatly wont be staying there again BIG waste of money.

Good price, good stay.

Our room was huge. It was comfortable and roomy. I was very surprised. The bathroom was nice but could've been a little bigger. The hallways were a little difficult to navigate but otherwise it was a good stay.

Convenient location...and that's about it

Location was convenient, but the room wasn't super clean, or in great shape. For instance, the outlet in our bathroom didn't work, the paint around the toilet paper holder didn't match the rest of the wall, the carpet didn't appear vacuumed, etc. It wasn't awful, but it definitely wasn't great.
