The housekeeper opened the door to the deck daily which made the room extremely hot upon entering and you are unable to leave on the air conditioning when you leave the room. The smallest shower I’ve ever seen with no wash rags available."

"Had a wonderful stay here. The property is charming with a lot of character and a perfect central location. The “superior” room was spacious and bright and the staff were incredibly friendly. The cleaning staff especially were so kind and sweet. The shower did switch temperatures from hot to warm back and forth which was odd but that was the only thing we noticed. Overall fantastic and highly recommend!!"

From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. The resort was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, and the entire atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and family-friendly. The staff were absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and everything we tried being fresh and delicious. A special mention has to go to the pool bar, which was amazing! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink while the kids were having fun. The children were also incredibly well catered for. The kids’ pool and kids’ club were fantastic, giving the children plenty to enjoy while also allowing us parents some time to relax and unwind. Overall, everything about our stay was great — from the cleanliness and food to the facilities and, most importantly, the wonderful staff. It really felt like a resort where families are genuinely looked after. We had an amazing holiday and would happily return.
