Bad Experience

Never any food at breakfast. People were smoking outside our room and smoke was coming in through the AC unit.

Nice hotel. Easy to get to all attractions.

Pros: Location and friendly staff.
Cons: The pool, but I understand they are working on that.
Location: It is close to Whitefish, Columbia Falls, shopping and best of all Glacier
The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not get to try the breakfast, because I had to leave early. I have stayed here before and will stay again in the future.

Dark, dirty, moldy and rundown

The hotel was dark, dirty, and rundown. Most of the staff I encountered were somewhat friendly. The bedding was stained, the floors were disgusting and stuff was broken. The light bulbs in the lamps were burned out. The hot tub was broken. The ceiling tiles in the indoor pool were moldy and falling apart. The elevator was scary. Definitely wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to anybody.

Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: Remove odors in hallway coming in from door I, remove smoke smell inside non-smoking rooms.
Okay overall. A place to rest your head. Laundry was affordable.

Not worth the money!

Pros: I must say that the room we had was quiet.
Cons: The hotel should be torn down and replaced.
The hotel was very old and in disrepair. Doors were off the hinges and leaning against the wall. There was absolutely no security and smokers were right outside the front door we had to use to enter the building.

Bad experience

Smelled like smoke, no upgrades in 40 yrs and couldn't wait to check out next morning

Horrible.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Completely dirty Walls and stained carpets through out the entire property, had to have the inattentive employee at the front desk send her husband-who was not even an employee to my room to first exchange the TV remote which was missing buttons so we couldn't even turn on the television, then had to have him come back to "reprogram the TV" because it still wasn't working. The bathroom smelled terrible and had spiders in the tub with a dead spider hanging from above the tub on a web. We went to use the laundry facilities which consisted of 1 washer and drier completely covered in dirt and oil- even on top of the machine - so if you put your clothes in they would have been dirtier. The room was very dark but you can see the carpet had been pulled up on the far wall side and not put back in completely. Breakfast ran out of food by 9. Seriously- nothing left. We booked this room online. I will never stay at this chain again. I will be hesitant to book online again. I'm only sorry I didn't take pictures of everything to show how bad it was. It felt like we were being tested to see how much we would put up with. NEVER AGAIN Fairbridge. Worst $150.00 my family has spent.GROSS and disappointing.

Hotel was a little run down. Room had a hole in the wall. Price wasn't bad
