Nice staff. Great breakfast. Convenient location for the Glacier National Park if you can't get the accommodation in the park.

Very good breakfast

Posted Aug 7, 2017
Pros: location and breakfast
Cons: room need to be renovated. The family suit only has two queen standard beds, which is big enough to put two king size bed. Staff is very helpful.
Location: Connected to the mall and downtown area.
Room is big enough for a family. It will be much better if they switch two queen beds to two King beds. It is very close to mall and downtown. Hot breakfast is very good.

Close to hotel

Posted Aug 3, 2017
Stayed at the Red Lion Hotel on the last night of our vacation due to its proximity to the airport. It was clean and comfortable and offered a free shuttle to the airport. The best part of my stay was the helpfulness of the staff. Shout out to Dennis for picking me up after dropping my rental car off the night if my stay when I realized a morning drop-off wouldn't work!

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room but other than that everything was spot on.

Stayed here going to Glacier National Park

Posted Jul 24, 2017
We stayed here and drove into the park each day. In that we planned out trip late, the lodging in the park was booked. It turned out not to be an issue as this hotel was very nice, quiet, had a good breakfast including an omlet station, and the room was excellent. It's a 40 min ride to the park which was not a problem.

Average hotel - Over priced for what you get

Posted Jul 17, 2017
Pros: Central location in downtown. Easy walking to numerous places to eat and shop
Cons: Go beyond cosmetic room sprucing up. Adjust prices
Location: Near a shopping mall and downtown shops and restaurants. Good central location.
There is nothing special about this hotel. The room was standard but shows wear - carpet was "lumpy" indicating worn/deteriorated carpet padding. Hallway carpets were showing wear and stains. Room AC was noisy, old and difficult to adjust. Pretty standard "free" breakfast - eggs, sausage, potatoes and "pancakes" The upgrade was a guy making custom omelets. Those were good. Lobby is nice - but I'm not sleeping in the lobby Pricing of $230 to $300 per night is high for what you get.
