My room was clean and modern and I had a view of the mosque from my enclosed balcony. If you are arriving by bus, it is a two minute walk on a paved sidewalk to get to the hotel. The lake is a five minute walk where there are all kinds of shops and dining options. There are a couple of small markets on the walk back to the hotel from the lake. The only downsides were there was no fridge in the room and no AC.
