"It's an amazing resort with friendly staff, great food and nice amenities. It's easy to get a cab and go nearby shopping centres and restaurants in Nyali. In general it's 1 of the top 3 beach hotels/resorts ti stay at on the north coast of Mombasa."

"The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I ordered Spanish omelette, my wife had sunny side up egg, but instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star."

"It was renovating and the work from 10am to 5pm disturbed, especially when it rained on one of those rare days in July/Aug. The hotel addressed this very well, upgrading our room and putting us on half board. Will stay again."
