“Ideal für Dresden-Urlauber und Kurzbesuche, direkt und schnell im Zentrum, entweder über die Albertbrücke oder Augustusbrücke fußläuf erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und Top ausgestattet. Parkhaus (Karte ist im Preis drin), Rewe-Markt, DM, Bäcker, Restaurant, Straßenbahn-Haltestelle usw. alles um die Ecke. Christian ist Spitze u. unterstützt sofort, sollten Fragen aufkommen. Absolut u. rundum zu empfehlen. Unser nächster DD-Besuch wird wieder in der T5 FeWo stattfinden.”

“Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in dieser angenehmen Wohnung, die Lage ist perfekt für den Besuch der Altstadt und des jugendlich-studentischen In-Viertels nebenan. Die Öffis halten quasi vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich nebenan.Gleichzeitig ist die Wohnung ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.”

“Der erste Eindruck war ein sauberes Zimmer, beim genauen hinsehen war viel Staub auf den Fußbodenleisten, vorallem im Schlafbereich. Es fehlten Jalousien im Wohnbereich, wie auch im Eingang. Man konnte wunderbar in die FEWO reinschauen. Man konnte die Fenster nicht abdunkeln und hatte immer einen Blick auf die Mülltonnen. Das Bett hatte nur eine breite von 140 cm , dies war in der Beschreibung nicht ersichlich. Es gab im Schlafbereich auch keine Ablage und auch keine Nachttischlampe. Man mußte……
