I like that the area was clean and tidy and it was safe to walk to eat. The room was great and usually rooms in other places are discusting if you have a dog with you. I appreciate how helpful the staff were.

We had a great time here and we were very happy that it was dog friendly. Our dog loved it here too. The pool was closed, but that's to be expected in April. We will be back in the summer when the pool is open.

Great hotel close enough to highway. I used while on a fishing trip. Lots of room to park my truck with my boat. Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Well kept property. Would definitely stop in again.

This is a very good hotel. I have stayed here several times and the rooms are always clean and have many very nice amenities.

It would be nice to have a car charger available. I found the room very hot and the fan was too loud to keep on. I love the kitchen items, especially the kettle so my tea doesn’t taste like coffee although there were no tea bags.

This was our first time at an Accent Inn. It was pretty good. In pluses, the room was a good size, clean, and had a kitchenette. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an outdoor pool; it was closed for the winter, but is probably nice in summer. In minuses, the hotel is set up like a motel -- room access is from the outside. Personally, I prefer inside access for greater security and to get out of the cold more quickly. Our room was on the highway side of the hotel and was a bit noisy. The location also has both good and bad points. It's pretty close to the E-Bus Depot in Sahali Mall, if you need the bus, and there are various stores and restaurants close by. However, they are mainly chain or big box-type businesses. It is not a charming area; it's at the convergence of several large and busy streets. In short, a decent hotel if you need that area. But I would ask for a room on the non-highway side.

I love the Accent Inn and stay at the kamloops location fairly frequently. However my only issue was that the front desk would not answer my calls and I gave up and walked down to the desk only to discover that she was on the phone which she quickly put on hold when I walked in. I got the impression that she was on a personal call because why couldn't she put it on hold for the calls that I had made to the front desk. I apologize if I was mistaken but it left a very bad impression in my mouth. She continued with the call when I was walking out. Other than that I absolutely love this hotel.

Room cleanliness was our biggest issue. We found our puppy chewing on a small screw he found somewhere in the room and also found a twist tie on the floor that was left behind. It was also quite noisy with neighbours coming home late and spending time outside their rooms talking loudly. This happened throughout the night.

Have stayed here multiple times and happy with everything but the new overstuffed pillows. They are great for watching TV but really uncomfortable for sleeping.

I didn’t get to stay due to the lockup of Cars on highway 1. However the staff was excellent in letting me cancel without penalty due to the highway closures that night. This accent inn I’ve not been able to try yet but if it’s like all the other ones I’m sure it’s a top notch place to stay because I love staying at the other locations almost exclusively
