Dirty, door lock was not secure, fridge did not work. No water glasses, no coffee maker. People going through the outside garbages. Less than basic accommodation. Very noisy due to highway.

Moreover the door lock & fridge is working fine as we rechecked it again and we never received such a complaint from other customers to whom room was given after your Checkout also. And your check-in was around afternoon when housekeeping was being done for a late checkout of some rooms which might catch you sight of some Garbage bags. This hotel was the worst we have ever stayed in- the toilet waS plugged...there were dirty towls left in the bathroom the fridge had leftover food and spills in it A prostitute was screaming at 3am..the front office was locked when we arrived at 10and still locked at 8:30 am. PLEASE take this awful motel off your website. And to think i paid for our stay.

Upstairs guests were enjoying themselves with some moaning and chirping. Overall a good nights sleep when things quieted down :-) It’s a lower end motel but if you’re just looking for a bed it’s not terrible.

The room was relatively clean given the age of the property. There was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival.

Staff very friendly, room felt cheap and dingy, however the sheets, towels and bathroom were clean, that’s all I really expect paying what we paid. The cable box didn’t work in the room, we didn’t ask for help to fix it, just didn’t watch tv. We would probably stay again!

Don’t waste your time. All of the terrible old reviews still stand. The 3 hours i spent sleeping i slept fully clothed. Sheets were dirty and the shower had hair in it as listed in other reviews. Is this possible still the same hair? First time I’ve refused to use a shower in a hotel. Still loud tenants stomping around all night. Stay somewhere else. The dinner next door has good food and will tell you some of the horror stories they have heard if you ask.

The front desk staff were polite and nice.
The accommodations itself however are in need of some work. At least given the current price point of this hotel. So long as the rate is under $100, I suppose it’d be “okay”. If you’re curious… read some reviews..

Arrived at property and it looked dodgy immediately. Was given key card and told to park in one of the spots. Scanned wrong room by accident but our key opened the room to reveal a woman who lives in the motel. She was rightfully upset and voiced her concern to management. Management didn't try to resolve the situation, only said sometimes the key card ends up being a master key. We felt very unsafe given the situation so asked for our money back. The lady proceeded to tell us that she was a prostitute and that the staff at this particular motel were busted a year prior for involvement with human trafficking. The management said nothing in response to her allegations. We received a refund and left as fast as we could. I would avoid this place at all costs. Very high transient population in the immediate vicinity. Extremely unsafe. Dirty. Motel should not even be on expedia to be able to book. It was disgusting and scary.

Rocky was very congenial…the TV was old and took 30 minutes to get set up
I accidentally left a headset in the room and when I phoned back, told them where I had left it they said it wasn’t there!! I would not stay there again

Place outdated, walked on my bare feet for a few minutes only, and they were real dirty.
Took wet paper towel and just wiped on smalls spot on floor, it was black they do not wash the floors regular.

I was surprised that they had no coffee or any kind of cups in the rooms and that coffee at the front desk is really only offered in the morning. This said, staff was more than willing to make me a coffee when I buzzed them to come.
The outdoor carpet on the upper walkway is disgustingly dirty (full of hair).

According to price it was not fair and the water from AC was all over the floor near electronic switches and near the fridge in given room. The older guy was nice and tried to sort out the problem regarding our bill recipients but the younger person didn’t have any customer service attitude.

You get what you pay for I guess. Had to ask for towels. Towels had stains. Tv didn’t work properly. No coffee in rooms had to go to the office to make coffee and they didn’t provide cups. It looks like they are renting out rooms to people on social assistance

Staff at front desk was very nice and approachable. But when we got to our room it was very small, not very clean (dirt in corners of room), tub faucet broken and unstable (as when you turned it on, it wiggled and you could see it wasnt sealed into the wall) and no cots available for our son (as we asked for when booked).
