Not to be confused with RESIDENCE INN

Posted Jul 20, 2016
Cons: A pillow top mattress pad added to the existing mattress will provide the extra comfort needed. State on Expedia, continental breakfast.
Imagine my surprise when I realize that the hotel I pulled up to is a college campus apartment converted to a hotel during the summer. Although my tween daughter was thrilled, we found the beds awfully hard and my wife kept turning and twisting till I placed the comforter and blanket under the sheet to soften the bed. Furthermore, the breakfast advertised is continental only , till 9 am. A Holiday Inn with a full breakfast would be my choice in the future.

Student housing - fantastic view!

Posted Jul 17, 2016
Pros: The view and price were the highlights
Cons: The beds were very hard. A mattress topper would work wonders.
Location: The Kamloops rec centre with pool and gym facilities are right next door. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
You get what you pay for. This is basic, clean and quiet accommodation with a great price. The beds were hard but the kitchenette and bathroom were clean, and you couldn't ask for a better view! We were lucky enough to enjoy a 2 bedroom on the top floor that had an amazing view in each room. Our kids were happy with the working tv and wifi. The desk staff were young and friendly. Free breakfast (toast/cereal/coffee and juice) too!

Fantastic value.

Great place to stay in Kamloops. The two bedroom unit was less expensive than a hotel room and worked out well for us traveling with our 14 year old grandson.

Nice and Quiet Stay

Posted Jul 6, 2016
Cons: Continental breakfast very basic.
TRU conference centre suite with two double bed rooms on topmost floor were great with kitchenette and eating area for summer stay for families on budget. Nice views of the city and campus. Staff friendly and helpful.
